These terms and conditions are applicable if you decided to visit Jim Corbett Park in near future. Corbett Safari Booking is a private company which is not connected to any official site of Corbett National Park. This company provides you full tour package with safari and resort stay which you can compose as per your convenience.

To know further about the site and related to safari just visit Corbett Safari Booking official website before that please read terms and conditions as changes by GOVT. of India in any case will be charged as extra.

• Always book you’re Resort and Safari before as it gives you more options to choose, Do Pre-Booking in advance.
• By Pre-Booking you get rid of hassle and can enjoy your tour freely.
• For convenience please carry your Govt. certified ID cards, without that entering won’t be allowed.
• In monsoon season (1^st June- 14 Nov.) booking can be cancel due to weather changes and no refund can be claimed.
• As a Guide is must by Govt. in Corbett National Park Safari, Guide fees would be paid by guest directly to guide.

In any case of safari cancellation either by Client or by Weather issues no amount is refundable.

Hotel and Resort’s Confirmation Policy:

• You can confirm your reservation either by online mode or at Reception (as per availability).
• Timing for Check-In is 01:00 PM and Check-Out is 11 am.
• In the time of your stay charges (Govt.) will be added as per the prevalent, if advance payment is already cleared the additional tax amount will be paid on the time of Check-Out.

• For hassle-free stay advance payment must be paid 15 days before check-in, if reservation process took more than 2 working days so reservation will be released.
• To confirm your booking minimum 50% advance deposit is prior by way of credit cards authorized/ wire transfer/ travel company voucher.
• Voucher confirmation is depends upon advance deposit being realized.

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Resort Booking Or Tour Package: at corbettsafaribooking.co.in

• In the case of booking cancellation within 30 days and above 75% Refund or it can be adjusted in near future booking.
• If booking got cancelled between 15-30 days of Check-In 25% Refund or it can be adjusted in near future booking.
• If booking got cancelled between 7-15 days of Check-In, No Refund but adjustment can be done in near booking.
• If booking got cancelled less than 7 days of Check-In, No Advance Refund and No Adjustment.
• Refund Processing can take 3-5 working days.
• For Refund Process you need to share bank details or payment mode in which you want refund.
• The Refund options can be UPI Payment mode/ Bank Transfer/ Transfer to your Credit Card.

• In the case of Early Check-In or Late Check-Out the hotel can charge directly to client as to availability.
• The timing for Check-In is 1:00 P.M., Check-Out is 11:00 A.M.
• In the time of Check-In guest should have any Govt. certified valid ID card compulsory.
• If the booking mode is pre-done by Credit Card, the guest must carry that Credit Card or a photocopy.
• The authority always have right to cancel in any case of guest’s involvement in any Non-Govt. or inappreciable activity or in case of any mistake or error found.
• Guest’s Credit Card will be charged as ‘Corbett Big Cat Safari’.

Child Policy:

• Below 5 years children must be complimentary with parents.
• Between 6-12 years children will be charged 25% of total package cost.

Guest Policy:

• If any Extra Adult wishes to be in same cottage will be 35% of the package cost.

If you decided to visit in Peak Season- Weekends or Week days (like Holi, Diwali, and X’Mas, New Year or any other public holidays), In that case hotel cancellation policy can be applied, and it can always depend on hotels. The prices of Safari & Resort in our website can slightly be different on extended weekend & public holidays.
